1. Use of Our Website

• All content, images, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Experience Oman and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized channels.
• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your tour, as specified during the booking
• process.
• Final balances must be paid within the agreed period before your tour starts.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel your booking, refunds will be issued based on the timing and nature of the cancellation, as stated in your booking terms.
• In the case of tour cancellation by Experience Oman (e.g. due to weather, safety concerns, or minimum group size not met), a full refund or alternate date will be offered. Bank fees, transaction charges, and non-refundable service elements (e.g. flights or permits) may be excluded from refunds.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Guest

• You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
• You must ensure you are medically fit and adequately prepared for your chosen tour.
• You agree to follow the instructions of your guide and respect local customs, cultural sites, and communities.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
• We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

6. Liability & Limitations

• Experience Oman will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
• However, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, third-party service failures, political unrest). Participation in our tours is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other operational concerns. If changes are made, we will offer alternative activities of equal value wherever possible.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.
